Audrey Guthrie has spent more than a decade serving as legal counsel for local government entities, small businesses, and non-profits. She has played a central role in the physical and technological development of communities in the United States.

She has also been instrumental in transactions shaping the physical landscape of the country including parks and trail systems, civic buildings, commercial complexes, and utilities. Her general counsel practice spans the full range of organizational legal needs from commercial contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property to construction, real estate, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
