Every state now has its open meetings statute catalogued with the official text link and an RCFP guide. For the seven states where one statute governs both records and meetings (Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Virginia), the open-meetings entry explains where to find each set of provisions.

In-section search for Texas
Each topic section on the Texas jurisdiction page now has its own search bar so you can search the statutes and guides within that topic at the same time. We’re rolling this out in Texas first and will expand it to other jurisdictions as we go.
