Arkansas Freedom of Information Act — Open Meetings Provisions
Ark. Code § 25-19-106
In Arkansas, a single statute (the Arkansas FOIA, Ark. Code §§ 25-19-101 to 25-19-110) governs both public records and open meetings. The open-meetings provisions are at § 25-19-106. The records provisions are in §§ 25-19-103 to 25-19-105 — see the Open Records section above for the full records framework.
Both records and meetings share the same definitions, exemptions, and enforcement mechanism under the Arkansas FOIA.
